RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS

Within the 30 DAYS of the purchase date of a purchase made in a store or of the shipping date for a purchase made online, you can return an item bought in store for a refund, exchange, or a store credit. We will refund on the same method of payment. These conditions need to be respected:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you bought it;

- The item must be in the original packaging; 

 

LIQUIDATION MERCHANDISE

Items bought at Liquidation Price (red stickers at .00) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 DAYS of the date of a purchase made in a store or of the shipping date for a purchase made online, if these conditions are respected:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you bought it;

- The item must be in the original packaging; 

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a store credit back onto a gift card.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

 

You can go to any RUBINO store to return or exchange your online purchase.

If you wish to return your purchase by courier, mail your item at your expense to the following address:

Once we receive your package and the inspection is approved, the refund or exchange will be treated within 3-5 days.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE CURRENTLY RECEIVING ONLINE, WE TEMPORARILY TREAT RETURNS ONLY ON SATURDAYS.

 

During inspection, these conditions need to be respected:

  

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you received it;

- The item must be in the original packaging;

- A proof of purchase (such as the confirmation number or e-mail address associated with your order) must be in the box;

- No sticker nor label is to be found on the original packaging. The box has to be in a protective bag or box for shipping.

PRICES ADJUSTMENTS

 

Within 7 DAYS of the purchase date for in store purchases or the shipping date for the online purchases, it is possible to receive a store credit on a price drop with a proof of purchase.

GUARANTEE ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 

If an item is defective within a 90 DAYS of the purchase date, and that the defect does not result from a normal wear and tear or an abusive usage, we will exchange or repair the item without any fees. A proof of purchase is mandatory for this guarantee.
