IN STORES PURCHASES

 

RETURNS

Within the 30 DAYS of the purchase date, you can return an item bought in store for a refund, exchange or a store credit. We will refund on the same method of payment. These conditions need to be respected:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you bought it;

- The item must be in the original packaging;

- We require a copy of the receipt.

 

LIQUIDATION MERCHANDISE

Items bought at Liquidation Price (red stickers at .00) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 DAYS of the purchase date if these conditions are respected:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you bought it;

- The item must be in the original packaging;

- We require a copy of the receipt.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a store credit back onto a gift card.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL

 

You can go to any RUBINO store to return or exchange your online purchase.

If you wish to return your purchase by courier, follow the procedure on our website in order to get a return number and then mail your item at your expense to the following address:

Once we receive your package and the Inspection is approved, the refund or exchange will be treated within 3-5 days. During Inspection, these conditions need to be respected:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that when you received it;

- The item must be in the original packaging;

- We require a copy of the bill and the return number.

 

Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable and that shipping fees might apply for exchanges.

PRICES AJUSTEMENTS

Within 7 DAYS of the purchase date for in store purchases or the shipping date for the online purchases, it is possible to receive a store credit on a price drop with the receipt.

GUARANTEE ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If an item is defective within a 90 DAYS of the purchase date, and that the defect does not result from a normal wear and tear or an abusive usage, we will exchange or repair the item without any fees. The original receipt is mandatory for this guarantee.
