Contest by Laws

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on April 5th 2021 at 00 h 00 min 01 sec Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 30th 2021 at 23 h 59 min 59 sec ET.

2. ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible to enter the contest, a person must be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the legal age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence. Are excluded the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives or mandataries of RUBINO, as well as the members of their immediate family (father, mother, sisters, brothers, children), legal or common-law spouse, and all individuals with whom these persons are domiciled, whether or not these persons are related to each other.

3. HOW TO ENTER
During the contest period, the participants must subscribe to the RUBINO newsletter by filling up the subscription formula. By doing so, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Limit. There is a limit of one (1) entry per participant. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one entry per draw, by using multiple email addresses, social media accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified at RUBINO’s sole discretion. Use of any automated system (including but not limited to, entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) to enter is prohibited and will result in the disqualification of the participant. RUBINO is not responsible for lost, late, undelivered or invalid entries, which will be disqualified. By entering the contest, the participant agrees to comply with these rules.

4. PRIZES
The prize for this contest consists of a RUBINO gift card of a value of ONE THOUSAND dollars (1,000$ CAD).

5. DRAWS
The draw will take place at around 12 h 00 ET on May 7th 2021 at the RUBINO head office located at 9300, du Prado, Saint-Léonard (QC) H1P 3B4.

6. NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE AWARD
The winner will be notified by RUBINO, by email or by phone, within forty-eight (48) hours following the time of the draw. If RUBINO cannot contact the selected participant for whatever reason in the seven (7) days following the draw, RUBINO reserves the right, in its discretion, to proceed to another draw amongst all eligible entries received for the draw, in order to try to award the prize to another participant, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
In order to be declared winner of the contest, the selected participant will have to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. 8. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot, under any circumstances, be, in whole or in part, transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged for money.

9. CONSENT
By entering into the contest, the winner authorizes RUBINO and its representatives to use, if needed, his or her name, place of residence and/or declaration relating to his or her prize for publicity purposes, and this without any form of compensation or prior approval.

10. LITIGATION
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
